When we arrived we asked the employee of the reception whether it was possible to have a late check out, offcourse against extra payment. He told us yes that it was possible against an extra payment of 1000 baht. We agreed, and we wanted to pay, the employee told us no no problem you can pay tomorrow. The next morning we went to the reception to pay for the late check out. So we told that to the new receptionist. Than he suddenly said that it wasn t possible. We than had to pay the full day. After a long discussion we dicided that we didn t even wanted to stay there any longer, and we went to another hotel to spent a half day!So my conclusion, I will never go there again.
