When I flew in from Myanmar and had a little accident at the airport, I was so glad that I had reservations at Grand Pinnacle and Nat would be there. I knew I would be OK. I was traveling by myself (age 70) and I remembered Nat from my first night in Bangkok that I knew I would be in good hands and I was.The rooms are small but clean. The staff are great! The first night I found little black bugs which did not bite but were taken care of by using OFF. Nice staff, hotel is close to highway to Bangkok, so easy to take taxi instead of going back to Suvarnabhumi and take taxi from there. To downtown Bangkok is cost me 230 baht, which is very acceptable. From airport is would have cost me at least 100 baht more. Staff was helpfull in getting taxi for me.
