"Freindly staff and always helpful who ugraded me to an executive suite. Location great for skytrain & very quiet location just off the hustle & bustle of the main drag. Taxis outside always avaialbe. I have stayed in many hotels in Bangkok and seldom does the descrition on internet is a reflection of reality , this one does and I will use again"

"Staff friendly and very helpful. Location good...close enough to Sukhumvit to walk, but far enough away (300 m??) for some peace and quiet. Not as nice a hotel as I usually book, but it is a 3 star. Did not eat at hotel so cannot comment. My activities did not center around the hotel."

"enjoyed my stay at this very comfortable hotel stayed in the presidential suite ,staff were excellent only to happy to help in anyway they could, the room was great a very big room , the price of the room for what you do receive was excellent value great location easy walk to the BTS ,FOOD OR ENTERTAINMENT breakfast was very good staff just made the whole experience worthwhile would certainly reccomend"
