We had an executive suite this time, very spacious and comfortable, just one floor above pool area and breakfast restaurant..Quick and friendly reception on arrival and departure. Had very late flight from BKK and paid 1500 bath for having the room until 1700.Breakefast at Loop restaurant poolside average, not impressive, and our experiences dining there mixed !Tried Pizza once, not good, later tried expencive beefsteak, had to return it, got another, a little better.All in all, Loop expencive, not worth the prices. Eat elsewhere recommended.Pool service excellent, plenty of towels, relaxing ambience. We always stay in an Executive Plus Suite which is now becoming very tired. Bathrooms are very old and in a state of disrepair. Would not stay in the suite again until they are refurbished. On the other hand our son stayed in a Delux Room which has been recently renovated and this was wonderful, beware however that the photo on the website of the delux room is misleading and they tried to put him in a superior room which is entirely different.
